💚 Your mission: To create joy through fantastic cleaning! As Cleaning Manager you will be our most important ambassador for cleanliness, quality and workplace happiness at the destination.

You are the person who sets the standard, leads from the front and shows that cleaning can be fun, meaningful and something you can truly be proud of.

You love getting involved yourself, but you also gain energy from motivating others, creating structure and seeing your team succeed.

For you it’s not enough that something looks clean. It must feel clean, smell clean and make guests want to come back!

You will be part of the destination’s leadership team and work closely with the Destination Manager, Front Office Manager and Facility Manager.

What will you do?

• Create the good experience: Ensure that our cabins, service buildings and common areas always look clean, inviting and ready to delight guests.
• Lead with passion: Be an active part of cleaning and show your team how good craftsmanship, engagement and attention to detail makes the difference.
• Spread job satisfaction: Lead, train and motivate seasonal staff so everyone feels pride in their work and joy in being part of the team.
• Create overview and structure: Plan the daily cleaning so tasks are completed efficiently and with high quality – even when the destination is buzzing with life.
• Keep an eye on detail: Perform quality checks and constantly find new ways to make cleaning even better.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly: Keep track of cleaning supplies, consumables, orders and stock.
• Take care of your team: Ensure good working routines, proper hygiene and a safe and secure working environment.
• Create shared success: Collaborate with the destination’s other teams so guests experience a fantastic overall impression.

You may already have experience leading a cleaning team. Maybe you’re the skilled and engaged colleague who always takes the lead, helps teammates and naturally takes responsibility.

The most important thing for us is your attitude, your passion for cleaning and your desire to develop both yourself and others.

• Love cleaning and are genuinely proud of creating clean, beautiful and inviting surroundings.
• Have experience with professional cleaning, ideally from hotels, camping, holiday parks or facility services.
• Have a sharp eye for quality and notice even the smallest details.
• Thrive on taking responsibility, creating structure and making things work.
• Can motivate others and create a positive atmosphere – even on busy days.
• Have an understanding of hygiene, cleaning routines and quality standards.
• Have basic IT skills and can handle administrative tasks.
• Can communicate in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have a B driving license and can use the destination’s vehicles in the job.

Experience in management or training of employees is an advantage, but your energy, your engagement and your love for cleaning are at least as important.

Practical information The position is a fixed full-time role with an initial probation period.

Salary and terms of employment are agreed individually.

Evening and weekend work may occur, as we are part of the holiday industry where guest experience is central.
