About the Position

The position is 32.5 hours per week from 5:00 - 12:00 including a 30 minute break

As an employee in Cleaning you will become part of the Properties department in Silkeborg Municipality.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable agreement between KL and 3F as well as local agreements on salary formation.

About You

You need to be a team player who can work in a team, and we expect you to be willing to clean at other locations when your colleagues are absent.

Dialogue-based cleaning requires that you can listen to the customer’s needs and wishes, be flexible and come with professional input to the solution of the cleaning task.

Your cleaning cart should be filled with

• Competent and professional knowledge
• Willingness to collaborate and to create a positive work environment
• Good humor and a natural service attitude
• A good overview and the ability to adapt
• IT skills, as we use phones as a communication platform
• An education as a cleaning technician or willingness to pursue the education

It is expected that you can communicate clearly in Danish in writing and speech.
