Do you want to use your experience to create overview, momentum and value for the client in complex projects? At Artelia in Fredericia you will have a central role as a trusted adviser and project manager on exciting assignments within Energy and Industry.

The job

At Artelia we are looking for an experienced client representative and project manager who can lead projects from idea to delivery with a focus on governance, risk management and value creation for the client. You will become a central adviser who ensures progress, overview and quality across projects within construction, energy and plants. At the same time you will gain access to a strong professional environment with specialists who support your projects with technical insight.

The day-to-day work is characterized by high professionalism, short decision paths and a high degree of responsibility and freedom. You will be based in Fredericia with the option to work with customers and partners.

Your main tasks

• Act as client adviser on turnkey, multi- and trade contracts
• Be client representative during design and execution
• Lead subprojects as technical lead (structures and pipeline systems)
• Plan and manage construction projects (time, economy and quality)
• Prepare tender material and manage contracts (AB18/ABT18/ABR18)
• Hold construction and design meetings
• Supervise and ensure progress on the construction site
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Report on progress, economy and risks
• Contribute to clarification and maturation of projects.

Your profile

• Engineer, building constructor or equivalent
• Solid experience with the client role and project management
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, contract management and construction law
• Solid knowledge of procurement, negotiation and contract management, including construction law AB 18, ABT 18 and ABR 18.
• Experience with planning, supervision and coordination of projects
• Understands both technical, financial and process aspects
• Structured and able to create overview and momentum
• Strong communicator - both written and oral
• Collaborative in approach with natural authority and impact.
