We are looking for a CNC operator for milling and production in Ry.

You land in a workshop setup where individual solutions take priority over standard items. Here we work with special furniture, cases and wood-based solutions for both professional customers and private individuals. The tasks require that the machines run smoothly, and that there is control over both startup, setup and materials. The workplace is located in Ry, so daily life takes place locally with a fixed base.

You will have a role close to the CNC machines, where operation and monitoring are an important part of the day. It’s not a job where you just press start and walk away. You must be able to follow the production, respond when something doesn’t fit, and help the task safely move on to the next step.

What you get Salary: 170-190 DKK per hour

Everyday: CNC operation, setup and changeover

Your daily work The day revolves around the machine: you set it up, start production and keep an eye on that the parts run as they should. When material or task needs to be changed, you handle the changeover and keep the production moving forward without unnecessary stops. At the end you ensure that the machine and area are ready for the next round.

You will, among other things, work with

• Operates and monitors CNC machines
• Sets up machines and starts production
• Changes over machines and handles materials
• Maintains machines and completes tasks
• Operates CNC machines in daily production

Here it’s about safely getting special tasks through the machine, not about standing with the same standard item all day. If something needs adjusting along the way, you speak up and get it solved before the task runs awry.

We are looking for you who can tick off most boxes We don’t expect you to have done it all before. But you should be able to look at a task and take it on.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a CNC operator
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in production or machine operation
• Can monitor operation and respond when something isn’t right
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can work calmly with changeovers and material handling

It is an advantage if you have experience with setup, startup or maintenance of CNC machines. But the most important is that you take responsibility for the machine and do not hand in anything half-done.
