In Ribe you will work with operation, monitoring and start-up of CNC machines.

You land in a production where machines for woodworking are built from idea to finished solution. This means CNC work is not just repetitions on one type of part. Work includes both standard solutions and customer-tailored machines, so there is a need for an operator who can keep an eye on the details and get the machine safely from setup to operation.

The role suits you if you like taking responsibility for the machine while it runs. You don't need to present yourself as a programmer, but you should be comfortable with start-up, monitoring and letting us know if something doesn't sound right. There is a company car in the package, but daily life is primarily about stable production and machines that run.

Everyday: CNC operation, setup and monitoring

Your daily life The day is about getting the CNC machine set up correctly, started safely and kept in stable operation. You closely follow production, react when something changes, and report in if a setting or startup isn't as it should be. When the task changes, it is the setup that determines whether the rest of the day runs smoothly.

You will among other things be working with

• Operation and monitoring of CNC machines
• Machine setup and start-up
• Operating CNC machines
• Part changes, monitoring and deburring
• Quality control and measurement

When a machine must function as part of a larger production line, the small adjustments count. Therefore it is important that you work calmly and do not deliver something half-made.

We are looking for you who can check off most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a CNC operator
• Can work stably with operation and monitoring
• Are confident with machine setup and start-up
• Speak up if something does not sound right

It is an advantage if you have worked with machine production before. But the most important thing is that you can keep a cool head at the machine and take responsibility for a proper start-up.
