You land in a machine factory where CNC machining is at the core of daily life. Work involves many types of materials and batch sizes, so you encounter prototypes, one-offs and series. The role suits you who enjoy a production where the process is under control from start to finish. You will get hands-on with operation, setup, measurement and changeovers, and you will become an important part of the flow around the machines. Everyday: CNC operation, setup and quality control

Your everyday When a task is about to start, it is all about getting the machine set up correctly, following the operation and keeping an eye on that the workpieces meet the targets. You work from start to finish and speak up if something is off. Along the way you switch between monitoring, measuring, changeovers and handling of materials.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Operates and monitors CNC machines in production
• Sets up machines and starts new tasks
• Measures workpieces and performs quality control
• Sets up machines for changeovers and handles materials
• Completes tasks and assists with maintenance

When a batch is running, it is you who keeps an eye on whether the production continues to run smoothly. If a target starts to drift, you take hold of it immediately instead of passing the problem on.

We are looking for someone who can check most boxes You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with CNC operation or machine production
• Can work with machine setup and start-up
• Can measure, inspect and follow up on quality
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something is not right

It is an advantage if you have tried both changeovers and material handling before. But the most important is that you take responsibility for the machine and the workpiece you pass on.
