The team is around 20 employees, so everyday life is close enough that people know each other, but still with several hands around the production. The work takes place as part of a team and often with a partner when machines need to be set up or adjusted.

The role suits you if you can keep an eye on the details while production runs. You get hands-on setup, start-up, measuring and switching, and you help ensure that the parts are delivered properly. There is room for training in the parts of the production you haven't tried before, as long as you take responsibility to learn it.

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Everyday: CNC, measurement and machine setup

Your everyday Shift starts by getting the machine ready for what is to be run. You set up, start up and follow the operation, while you measure along the way and respond if tolerances move. When it needs to be reconfigured, you handle the material and complete the task properly before the next run starts.

You will among other things work with

• Monitor operation and respond to deviations
• Set up machines and prepare for start-up
• Measure parts and perform quality control
• Reconfigure machines and handle materials
• Maintain and finalize after completed run

When something doesn’t add up, you speak up and have it corrected in time. It’s better than letting a small error follow through to production.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have experience as a CNC operator or from similar production
• Can work with setup, operation and measurement
• Are stable and punctual
• Thrive working closely with a partner or a team
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have tried changeover and material handling before. But the most important is that you are curious, stable and take quality seriously.
