Your everyday The day is about getting the machine ready for the production that will run, and keeping an eye on the operation along the way. When it needs to be reconfigured, you handle materials and move the machine smoothly to the next part. Measurements and quality control are a fixed part of the rhythm, so errors are caught before they become expensive.

You will, among other things, work with

• Monitor operation and intervene if something isn’t running correctly
• Set up machines and help the production get off to a good start
• Measure parts and perform quality control
• Retool machines and handle materials
• Maintain equipment and complete tasks properly

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work. In practice this means you roll up your sleeves, speak up when something doesn’t add up, and help each other get the production through.
