About the job
We are looking for a dedicated employee to handle tasks within debt collection with a particular focus on municipal matters. Your primary tasks include:
- Professional advice and guidance to residents, businesses and partners through phone and written communication.
- Efficient case handling in the Ownership Register.
- Handling of cadastral and condominium events.
- Administration of §§7 and 8 exemptions.
- Processing of assessment changes.
- Annual run regarding contribution invoices.
- Case handling regarding E-loan.
About you
We are seeking a structured and proactive employee who thrives in a busy daily life with both operations, advisory and development tasks. You are able to work both in a team and independently, and you are motivated to create value and results in collaboration with others. In addition:
- You have a good IT understanding and enjoy working with systems and setup.
- Experience with SAP and KMD Structura will be an advantage.
