We are looking for a colleague who can create calm amid flight suits, find the humor on a rainy Monday and still keep sight of the most important thing - the children's well-being, play and togetherness.

We are looking for an educational staff member, preferably an educator – but if you have another educational background and the right competencies, we would also like to hear from you.

By summer 2027 our current house will close and be merged with a larger kindergarten. We are stating this openly, because we are not just looking for someone who can keep things running until then. We are looking for someone who wants to be an active and secure part of the transition. We want to give the children a safe, playful and meaningful everyday life – and we are looking for a colleague who wants to be part of this exciting process – all the way.

We expect you to be

• stable, responsible, caring, present and flexible – even when everyday life requires new solutions.
• have an eye for the child perspective, participation opportunities and strong child communities
• love outdoor life and can translate nature into play, learning and curiosity.
• think creatively and create participation opportunities for all children.
• can meet children with lots of energy with calm, clarity and joy.
• focus on the children's perspective and see well-being as the most important.

In return you get a small, close-knit colleague community, an opportunity to put your mark on everyday life and a special task: to create a good ending and a safe transition for everyone.

For the children, the change is about familiar adults, friendships, recognizability, and the feeling of belonging. That is the perspective we want to hold on to!
