You will become part of a strong and well-functioning team in the commercial center in Esbjerg, which consists of two partners, a broker, a senior consultant and a sales coordinator and a trainee. The team supports you in relation to professional sparring on clients and cases and eases the administrative tasks, so you can concentrate as much as possible on proactive sales work and meeting our and your own goals.

Fundamentally, you possess the hunger, courage and willingness to become an active part of our shared success. Your primary task is - in addition to handling customer inquiries - acquisitive efforts and getting properties on sale or for rent (commissioning) and to buy, lease and appraise commercial properties in the Esbjerg area where you live and are active in and have a large network. We envision that your previous professional background and personality are characterized by:

• Experience from a similar role in the brokerage industry either as a residential or commercial broker or other relevant B2B sales background from e.g. banking, mortgage institution or sales and advisory company.
• A unique B2B network in the Esbjerg area as well as the desire and ability to build long-term relationships with companies and real estate investors.
• Documented sales results clearly showing that you can achieve outstanding results in a highly competitive market.
• A strong winning mentality, meaning that you go the extra mile to win and close a case.
• A strong value base built on a high degree of diligence, ethics and integrity as well as good business sense.
