Committed and attentive pedagogical assistant sought for a 37-hour maternity leave cover at Børnehuset Svalen, Afdeling Tiziana

We are looking for a skilled assistant in our wonderful children’s house. The position is a maternity leave cover for 37 hours with employment in Børnehuset Svalen afd. Tiziana, with primary employment in the nursery section. The position is from 1 December or as soon as possible thereafter.

Afdeling Tiziana is normed to 50 kindergarten children and 16 nursery children. It is located in scenic surroundings by Hasseris chalk pit. We have a large and challenging playground.

We are on a journey, where we together with afd. Kridthuset aim to create a strong professional community in Børnehuset Svalen. It is a journey where we, together with all staff, children and parents, shall create a high-quality offering for all children, where we work with ICDP, NEST and are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

The position can be applied for by pedagogical assistants or assistants who are engaged, possess psychological resilience, and see the parents as important in the collaboration on the children's well-being, learning, development and formation.

We are looking for a pedagogical assistant

• Who is passionate about working with the target group 0-5 years
• With good relationship and attachment competencies
• Who is present and bases their approach on the children's resources
• Who can support the children's participation in the children’s communities
• Who can and will be an active playing partner in a learning and reflective practice, where we value using each other’s competencies through knowledge sharing, feedback and collaboration
• Who can see themselves as part of cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Who sees parental involvement as a resource and may have experience hereof
• Who has good communicative skills, both orally and in writing
• Who enjoys challenges and can keep an overview in a sometimes changing everyday life
