The field-based holistic care in Gladsaxe is looking for an engaged and professionally strong social- and health helper for the evening shift

In Gladsaxe Municipality we have chosen to create multidisciplinary teams with both social- and health helpers, social- and health care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses in one department, with two teams. The multidisciplinary teams were merged in the departments in November 2025.

We will work with a rehabilitative approach in everything we do. We will work focused on preventing hospitalisations, providing good continuous citizen pathways, and dignified elder care.

In that regard we have chosen to staff up on all fronts.

We place great emphasis on your professional skills and desire to develop. You will receive a good introduction with a mentor program.

We are also a training site for students, and we have employees in trainee positions, whom we prepare to take a social- and health care education.

Our requirements for you

• You are educated as a social- and health helper or have in-depth knowledge of Holistic Care
• You have high professionalism and quality in task execution
• You preferably have experience from home care and have an eye for incorporating the citizen's resources in your support
• You have knowledge of the IT care system – we use Nexus

In addition we expect that you

• Can collaborate across professional groups and shift teams
• Are responsible and attentive
• Have respectful communication with citizens and colleagues - both verbally and in writing
• Have an overview, are responsible and decisive
• Are curious and engaged
• Like to learn new things and contribute with knowledge in the team

Salary and terms of employment

We work in the evenings on a 5/2 rotation with weekend shifts every 2 weeks

We are missing a new colleague for Monday/Tuesday shifts.

The position is 37 hours per week; if a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss a different number of hours.

You will be employed under the current collective agreement according to the Ny Løn principles.
