About the job

Would you like to help develop and support the digital solutions and the communication that meet patients, relatives and staff at OUH?

Do you have experience with digital communication, web and CMS systems? Do you thrive in translating different needs into user-friendly solutions and clear communication? Then you may be the colleague we are looking for.

One of our long-standing colleagues is moving to another part of the country. Therefore we are seeking a communications advisor with strong communication professional skills and a solid understanding of digital solutions. You will work at the intersection of communication, digital platforms, system administration, teaching and support, where you help ensure quality and coherence across OUH's digital solutions.

An important part of the job is to advise and support employees in their work with digital platforms and patient information. Therefore you thrive on dialogue, support and teaching and can make complex issues easy to understand and translate into practice. A large part of the work takes place close to the clinical setting and in collaboration with staff across the organization.

You will work with various digital platforms, including OUH.dk, OUH's new intranet and solutions for digital patient information. Therefore it is important that you can assess how communication is best organized for patients, relatives and staff. You have an eye for target groups, user needs and user experiences and can advise on content, structure and channel choice so that the chosen solution supports both the recipient's needs and the purpose of the communication.

In daily work you will work very closely with colleagues and student assistants within the digital area. At the same time you will be part of a larger communications team, where we work well together across, and where you will gain good colleagues with whom you will also spar and collaborate.

We help each other when the pace is high, and when an urgent task lands unannounced. Tasks change, and it is therefore important that you enjoy moving securely between planned and longer-term tasks and daily operations.

You will among other things

  • Maintain and quality assure content on OUH.dk, the intranet and other digital platforms and CMS systems.
  • Provide support to clinical and administrative staff in working with digital patient information and digital solutions across the organization.
  • Advise employees on the use of digital solutions and how the communication is planned so that it is relevant, understandable and usable for patients, relatives and staff.
  • Develop governance, guidelines and user manuals.
  • Plan and conduct training of staff in digital platforms, workflows and solutions.
  • Contribute to an ongoing range of ad hoc and secretariat tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for a colleague who

  • Has a relevant communication-related education.
  • Has experience with digital communication, web and CMS systems.
  • Writes clearly, accessibly and user-centered, and can make complex topics accessible to different target groups.
  • Has a sense of target groups and user needs and can translate complex issues into user-friendly solutions and clear communication.
  • Can balance technical possibilities with communicative considerations and user needs.
  • Thrives in advising, supporting, teaching and dialog with many different professional groups.
  • Thrives with operations tasks and ensuring that solutions work stably and well in everyday life.
  • Works in a structured way and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
