Communications Specialist for a team that operates and maintains one of Europe’s largest pension systems

Do you have solid professional knowledge and experience in translating legislation, business rules and system requirements into customer-friendly letters and digital communication solutions? And do you have a good understanding of letter generation and letter design? Then it's you we are looking for.

With ATP Lifetime Pension we ensure pensioners a guaranteed fixed payment for the rest of their lives – no matter how old they become. We have almost all citizens in Denmark as members, and we are responsible for the IT system that pays out just under DKK 20 billion in pensions to Danish pensioners every year.

That places high demands on both our solutions and our communication. And this is where you come into the picture.

Your tasks

You will be part of the work with the communication that more than one million citizens encounter in letters, on the web and in our self-service solutions.

You will become the communications professional specialist in a team, where you translate user needs, business processes and system requirements into digital communication solutions.

More concretely, your tasks will be to

• ensure our letters are up to date with compliance requirements and applicable rules
• help ensure that our communication and messages are coordinated and coherent across channels such as letters, web, self-service solutions and forms
• help uncover and translate the business' and stakeholders' need for communication through analysis of data, customer insights and user behavior in connection with our solutions
• maintain ongoing focus on data and processes in all aspects of the communication tasks.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have several years of experience from a similar position at the intersection of communication, business and IT. Perhaps you are currently working with customer communication, letter solutions or digital user journeys in the finance, insurance or pension industry or in another regulated organisation.

In addition, we place emphasis on that you

• can translate complex rules, processes or business needs into communication that is easy to understand and use
• can analyze customer journeys, user needs and communication effects across channels
• have worked with user journeys, customer insights or user behavior as a basis for communication solutions
• are used to collaborating closely and effectively with different professional groups (both close to the business, law, product teams and IT specialists) and finding the balance between user needs, business requirements and technical possibilities
• can drive a task from analysis and needs clarification to implementation and follow-up
• work in a structured and quality-conscious way
• have worked in an agile setup and are familiar with the development of digital products and solutions.

Who are we?

You will become part of a team with diverse professional profiles ranging from Product Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Analysts and Architects, Application Consultants and Software Developers, who together work on operation and development at ATP Lifetime Pension. Here you will be the communications specialist profile who is involved from the first analyses and user insights to the finished solution. This means you will have a lot of influence on both the customer experience and the solutions we develop.

We are part of Digital Solutions, which plays a crucial role in Danish society because we are behind the systems that deliver two out of three welfare kroner to the citizens. We possess the country's most interesting data foundation and a unique professional community with more than 500 IT, data and digitalization specialists.
