Concrete grinders and polisher for architectural concrete

Architectural concrete is only finished when the surface is. Sanding and polishing is the last step in our work, and the step the customer sees every day for many years. We are looking for a colleague who can do that craft, and who will help keep the finish at the level we deliver.

Work

Grinding and polishing of cast concrete surfaces, indoors and outdoors. Selection of segments and bindings according to the concrete's hardness. impregnation, sealing and post-treatment. Checking flatness, gloss and uniformity, before we call a surface finished. Daily maintenance of machines and tools.

You

You have documented experience with grinding and polishing concrete or terrazzo. You can read a surface and adjust along the way before the flaw becomes visible. You work systematically, keep your area tidy and speak up when something is not in order. You have a driving license and can communicate in Danish or English. Experience with casting or other concrete work is an advantage, not a requirement.

Us

We cast architectural concrete for construction, outdoor spaces and special solutions, with responsibility for the material, the surface and the process in between. We are a small team with equipment in order, short decision paths and planning that is in place before we meet on site. We build to last, and that also applies to hiring.

Terms

37 hours per week. Pay according to qualifications and experience, with holiday pay, SH and pension. The workplace is primarily East Jutland, but we have construction sites all over the country, so you should expect some days of accommodation away per month.
