We are looking for a colleague to our Configuration Management area, where you will become part of an international team with skilled colleagues spread across Denmark, the Czech Republic and the Philippines. Here you enter a key role, which is centered around Configuration Management with a focus on ensuring governance, compliance and continuous improvement – with high quality, collaboration and consideration in focus.

In this connection you will be the link between other IT Service Management processes, system owners, service owners and our customers, and you will drive both internal initiatives and customer-oriented projects.

You will be attached to our office in Viby or Herning with a high degree of flexibility. In addition, the role will involve travel to our locations around Denmark, which means the role requires that you have a driver's license and a car. Furthermore you can also expect travel days to our office in Prague, the Czech Republic a few times a year.

Your role

As Configuration Manager you will have overall responsibility to ensure that our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) always reflects the actual IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the quality of the infrastructure data sets that form the foundation for our operations, deliveries and decisions.

You will work closely with different stakeholders and play a central role in both internal development initiatives and customer-facing projects. In addition to developing and maintaining processes, policies and standards for Configuration Management your tasks will primarily include the following:

• Ensure and follow up on KPIs for End point data quality and CMDB compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and data quality checks.
• Drive improvement initiatives and internal projects with stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for customer-facing activities related to Configuration Management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and data integrations.
• Develop and maintain processes, policies and standards for Configuration Management.

We are looking for a teamm8 who

Thrive in data, structure and collaboration as well as the ability to maintain an overview and delve into the details. You don't need to have answers to everything from day one, but we would like you to have a solid foundational understanding of the area, a strong curiosity and a desire to continuously develop your skills. Overall we imagine that you:

• Have more than 1 year of experience with IT Configuration Management or CMDB administration either from a consulting firm or from an internal position in a larger company.
• A relevant Cand.Merc degree.
• Have an understanding of ITIL processes (especially Configuration, Change and Asset Management).
• Bonus if you have experience with reporting, KPIs and compliance.
• Thrive in facilitating workshops and collaborating across teams.
• Have an understanding of automation and integrations in CMDB context.
• Are structured, analytical and collaborative.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
