Construction managers for logistics and commercial construction in Roskilde

We are seeking construction managers for Zealand, who will become part of a construction team that carries out turnkey contracts within logistics and commercial construction.

DS Flexhal is a dynamic and growing company within the construction industry. We specialize in design and construction of innovative warehouse and logistics halls, production halls, offices and domiciles as well as parking houses. We are part of an international group with a dedicated team and solid earnings. We are now looking for several engaged construction managers who will help drive our projects to new heights.

Solution-oriented and energetic construction manager

As a construction manager at DS Flexhal you will be a central link in the execution of some of the country’s largest logistics and commercial building projects. You will be the focal point for coordinating the construction and will help ensure smooth collaboration between client, project owner and consultants as well as various trades.

In this central role at DS Flexhal you report to the Project Director.

About the job

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to

• Ensure the construction is carried out in accordance with the contract in terms of time, quality, safety and economy
• Project planning, financial management, risk assessment and quality assurance
• Constructive collaboration with clients, project owners and subcontractors
• Participation in construction meetings and ongoing dialogue with involved parties

You will be an important part of the team and will have many challenges and a high degree of autonomy in a varied daily life.

Our dream profile

We imagine that you, for example, have a degree as a building constructor, carpenter or similar. The education is not decisive, but the ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and thorough knowledge of the construction industry.

• Great drive and solution-oriented – you naturally take the lead in coordinating work
• Structured and independent working style with a good overview
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as credibility and natural persuasiveness
• Good technical understanding of turnkey contracts and willingness to develop professionally
• You excel both orally and in writing in Danish and English
