The positions are located in Aalborg and the surrounding areas, so you get a local everyday life without long journeys away from the area.

Some days you work independently, and other days you solve tasks with a partner. The social togetherness is part of the package, but you also get space to tend to your own work. Here it’s about good work, fair agreements and a daily life where people take responsibility.

What you’ll get Salary: 190-195 DKK per hour

Work area: Aalborg and surroundings

Colleagues: About 10 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under current collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we’re looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Facade, renovation and service

Your everyday

The day is planned according to the task: facade maintenance, renovation or service. For service and dampers it’s often about properly closing the smaller tasks. In renovation and facade tasks you work in the agreed order, so the substrate, finish and handover hang together.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintain facades and exterior surfaces
• Paint and renovate inside and out
• Repair dampers and service with customers
• Wallpaper on relevant tasks
• Work with relocation apartments, summer houses and details such as moldings, doors and trims

If a service task proves larger than first agreed, you speak up in time so the customer gets a proper notice. That’s how good work is delivered here.

We are looking for you who can check off most

You don’t have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a building painter
• Can work both alone and with a partner
• Show up reliably and keep your agreements
• Speak properly with customers

It’s an advantage if you have experience with facade maintenance, renovation or dampers. But the most important is that you can roll up your sleeves and say if something doesn’t add up.
