Construction painter for new builds and renovations in Ringsted

Are you a building painter and would you like a company car and freedom with responsibility?

We need a painter for new builds and renovations in Ringsted.

You will become part of a larger painting team, with tasks ranging from private residences to housing associations and commercial properties. You handle both large and small construction projects, so everyday life suits you who can take on more than one type of painting work. The sites are located around Ringsted and further out on Zealand, and you work in pairs or in teams.

You get a company car and freedom under responsibility, but you are not the only one with the whole package. When the task requires more hands, you work with a crew that knows the pace on larger construction projects. It suits you well if you want to paint properly and still have control of daily life.

What you get Salary: 185-195 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Ringsted and surrounding area

Colleagues: About 40 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: New construction, renovation and work in a team

Your everyday

The day is planned according to the site you are on, and whether the task requires a buddy or a whole team. On new builds you follow the rhythm of the site, so the other trades can come in. On renovations it is about getting the substrate, finish and delivery to hang together properly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Painter on new builds, where finish and order must sit correctly
• Renovate and refresh existing rooms
• Paint interiors and exteriors of homes and commercial properties
• Treat facades
• Spackling and priming before painting

When a surface is not ready for painting, you speak up instead of delivering something half-done. That is how you get a daily life where the craft holds up.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You do not have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a building painter, preferably from new builds or renovations
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Can work in pairs and in teams
• Say if something does not fit on site

It helps if you have worked on larger construction projects before. But the most important thing is that you can get stuck in and deliver painting work you can stand by.
