We need a painter for new construction, renovation and facade work in Viborg.

You land on a painting team of about 15 employees, where new houses take up much of the daily work. There is also renovation, facade maintenance, service and special tasks, so you will have more than one type of painting work on your hands. The assignments are located in and around Viborg, and some days the travel may be longer than usual. The work alternates between independent tasks and days with a partner, so you must be able to keep pace without standing alone all the time.

Here you get freedom with responsibility, but not freedom to sail your own boat. You must be able to look after yourself on the site, get stuck in and speak up if something is not right. On the upside, you will land in a place with good camaraderie, good team spirit and solid framework around the work.

Everyday: New construction, renovation and service

Your day-to-day On new builds the day is about getting the surfaces ready in the right order, so the next step can come in. On renovation and service the rhythm changes more, and you must be able to assess whether the task requires a quick solution or a more thorough approach. When you work with a partner or apprentice, you are the one helping to keep the site on track.

You will among other things work with

• Maintain facades
• Paint on new builds of new houses
• Solve renovation tasks
• Take on shutters and service tasks
• Help with special tasks where the finish must be right

The most important is that you can manage on your own and still be a decent colleague. If something isn't right on the task, you speak up instead of painting on and hoping it will work.

We're looking for someone who can check off most of the boxes You don't need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

• Have prior experience with new builds
• Can work independently on site
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can work both alone and with a partner
• Speak politely with customers, colleagues and apprentices
