You will be part of our Consulting Services team, where you help our customers get real value out of their IT environment – not just by solving tasks, but by understanding their business, challenging them and spotting opportunities before the customer sees them. Be the one customers call before problems arise. At the same time you become part of a team that always leads and always delivers.

You will be attached to our offices in Nordhavn, Skovlunde or Aalborg with a high degree of flexibility. In addition you will primarily visit and advise customers across Zealand or in North Jutland, which is why the role requires that you have a driver's license and a car.

Your role

Customer tasks primarily come in via our case system, and in that context you take care of selected inquiries, where you work closely with existing customers – onsite and remote. You combine strong delivery with proactive advice and take responsibility from first dialogue to implemented solution.

At the same time you shape the task pipeline, and early in the customer journey you use your advisory approach, where you listen to the customer's needs, which are subsequently translated into concrete IT solutions – whether it is within Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud, security or classic infrastructure. You therefore do not wait for tasks – but create them from the customer's needs.

Overall you must be a specialist in being a generalist, where you navigate broadly and across within the IT field while having enough technical depth to challenge and advise the customers on the right solution.

We are looking for a teamm8 who

Has +5 years of experience from a similar position in an IT consulting firm or from an internal role where advising IT solutions has been central. You are customer-oriented and have commercial eyes and ears that enable you to understand the customer's business and at the same time be able to identify and prevent future challenges in their IT environment. Overall we would like the following to be fulfilled:

• Have worked extensively with advising IT areas such as Microsoft 365, infrastructure, Azure, Cloud and security.
• Preferably a relevant IT education such as Datatekniker with a specialization in infrastructure.
• Outgoing, thrives on being with customers and can bring tasks home.
• Communicates precisely and professionally in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
