About the job

Do you want to help secure the areas and properties that enable the green transition?

As a consultant in Procurement and Sales you will be a key player in the work of executing property transactions and creating good solutions for the landowners affected by our construction projects.

You will become part of Rights East with the work location in Fredericia, where you will be responsible for both legal, commercial and relational aspects of property transactions. At the same time you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our processes and workflows, in the more strategic end of working with the area.

"The special thing about the job is the combination of real estate expertise and social responsibility. You are involved in creating the agreements and solutions that make it possible to expand the energy infrastructure that Denmark depends on in the future." - says group leader Stinne Nielsen

From purchase agreements to dialogue with landowners

You will have a varied daily life with tasks ranging from contract preparation to coordinating across projects. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements and other agreements in connection with Energinet's construction projects.
  • Conduct tenders and sale of properties.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with landowners in connection with taking over properties.
  • Coordinate and manage acquired properties in close collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

"We are looking for a colleague who thrives with both the legal complexity and the human dialogue. You must be able to navigate in agreements and legislation, but also build trust with landowners affected by our projects."- says Stinne, continuing.

You bring experience with property transactions and legislation

We imagine that you have a background as a lawyer, real estate agent or similar, and that you have solid experience with property transactions and the legal framework in the area.

It is an advantage if you have experience with lease agreements, the Lease Act, post-claim handling and settlement. Knowledge of public tenders is also an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person you work independently and in a structured way, while you are able to build good relationships and navigate the dialogue with both landowners and internal partners. You thrive on finding solutions and creating progress in tasks where people, law and business come together.

Be part of creating the energy infrastructure of the future

At Energinet you get the opportunity to use your expertise in projects that are crucial for the green transition. You will be part of a professionally strong environment where collaboration, sparring and development are a natural part of everyday life, and where you have the freedom to influence both your tasks and the way we work.
