Consultant, Microsoft 365 Security

The role at Mindcore

As Mindcore's new Microsoft 365 Security Consultant you will be responsible for advising customers as well as implementing and optimizing their Microsoft/Office 365 security products. You will ensure that customers have the best conditions to run their business in a secure and protected environment, based on the latest technology. Examples of concrete tasks may include:

• Advising and implementing NIS2 and CIS18 controls in practice
• Advising and implementing Conditional Access and intelligent login methods such as Passwordless, FIDO2, Passkeys etc.
• Advising and implementing the Microsoft Defender product portfolio
• Advising and implementing around data security such as Labelling, DLP and retention policies

About you

You love Microsoft technologies with broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 security solutions, where you have been involved in everything from technical sparring and advice to implementation, rollout and ongoing updating of the latest technologies.

In addition, you have knowledge of both on-premise and cloud solutions, which enables you to act as a competent advisor in relation to customers' different environments. We therefore expect you to contribute with knowledge about one or more of the following areas:

• Sign-on solutions in Entra ID:

• Privileged Identity Management (PIM/PAM)
• Entra ID Governance

• Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Log Analytics & Sentinel
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS/MDCA)
• Double Key Encryption (DKE)
• Customer Lockbox & Customer Key
