Consultant wanted for JKS in Hillerød

We are looking for someone who is passionate about being in daily contact with candidates and clients. You thrive on not having two days the same, and you are quick to adapt depending on which task needs to be prioritized.

JKS recruits across all industries and at all levels, which means you will be working with clients and temporary staff for the entire Danish business sector.

Your primary task will be to service our customers in the region. Here you will be responsible for finding the right candidates for our clients, and your duties will include:

• Writing job advertisements, and sharing them on various media
• Screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Matching candidates with our clients - both in temporary positions and in recruitment
• Preparation of candidate presentations and reference checks
• Answering phone calls from clients, candidates and colleagues

You will have working hours of 08:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:30 on Fridays. The position is a 37-hour role, but flexibility is expected during busy periods.

Who are you?

You have a commercial mindset, and you see the value in bringing clients and candidates together, with a focus on delivering results for all parties. You must be able to juggle many balls in the air at a high pace without losing focus, as we at times have a lot of phone calls and tasks that need to be closed ASAP. It suits you to work in a sometimes very hectic work environment. You have strong administrative skills complemented by structure in your execution of tasks.

Most importantly, you have an empathetic approach to people, good communication skills, and thereby can conduct a fact-based dialogue with colleagues, clients and candidates.

As a person you bring positivity and good humor. You are outgoing, dedicated, organized and have a natural authority in your personality. You are a team player and take pride in helping your colleagues, but you also possess the ability to work independently and can make reasonable decisions in a busy daily life.

Your qualifications

• You have a good sense of empathy for people
• You are reliable, responsible and have a pronounced sense of order
• You have the will to complete your projects within the planned deadline
• You master Danish and English in written and spoken form
• Experienced IT user
• You thrive on working independently under responsibility
• You are adaptable and can maintain an overview, even when things are moving very quickly
