Consultants wanted to support investigations and police administrative tasks

The Funen Police is seeking a number of consultants to support the investigation of economic and person-related crime as well as police administrative tasks. We envisage that you are a former police officer with relevant investigative experience or other relevant investigative experience from other comparable professions.

As a consultant you will actively participate either in the investigation of cases concerning economic crime, violent crime or take on police administrative tasks currently performed by police officers.

The consultant positions are temporary appointments and time-limited to 2 years from the start date, as part of the operational launch and implementation of the Multi-year Agreement for the police and the prosecution authority 2026-2030.

About you

We emphasize that you have several of the following competencies

• You are professionally grounded with relevant investigative experience from previous employment.
• You are good at working independently and in a structured way with your tasks.
• You have drive and are prepared to collaborate across disciplines.
• You are adaptable and flexible with regard to the tasks.

Salary and terms of employment

The employment is under collective bargaining terms in accordance with the current organizational agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S joint collective agreement) as well as the Organizational Agreement between the Ministry of Finance, HK/Stat, Danish Laboratory Association and SAMDATA for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK).

Your workplace will be the Funen Police with, for the time being, the address at the main police station in Odense, Hans Mules Gade 1, 5000 Odense C.

It is a condition of employment that you can obtain security clearance within 3 months, just as you must be able to maintain the security clearance throughout your employment.

The positions are normed to 24 hours of weekly work.
