Consulting HVAC Engineer sought for MMAKE

We are indeed looking for a plumbing engineer who is a strong adviser to the client and who can take responsibility for the entire process from design, quality assurance to construction meetings, supervision and delivery of the completed building.

Your responsibilities will be

• Completion of projects from start to delivery of completed construction.
• Ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders such as: client/owner, residents, contractors and authorities.
• Design and preparation of tender materials.
• Quality assurance of projects and processes along the way.
• Project management of projects from start to finish;
• Holding construction meetings
• Supervising the execution of work
• Keeping a sharp eye on the construction project's budget and schedule
• Communication and dialogue with the property's residents and board

What we expect from you

• You should have experience with project management of plumbing/VVS projects on the consulting side. i.e., you have hands-on experience running projects from A-Z, from design to completed construction. You don't need many years of experience, but you should have some relevant experience to draw on.
• You are educated in VVS, e.g., VVS engineer, VVS installer, machine operator, building engineer or gas and heating master.
• You like – and find it natural – to take proactive responsibility for the process, as you love the feeling of progress and overview.
• You are good at communicating clearly and have a desire to create security for the various stakeholders (especially residents/associations).
