The job
On behalf of the Danish Agency for Education and Quality we are seeking a structured and detail-oriented temp to assist with financial statement review in the Pulse Secretariat.
You will be responsible for reviewing project accounts and related audit material based on current rules, grant letters, budgets and other documentation. You will have broad contact with line offices, grant recipients and auditors.
Your tasks will include, among others
- Review accounting and audit material
- Ensure that the required documentation has been submitted and meets applicable requirements
- Document the accounting review in checklists and PULS
- Follow up with grant recipients, auditors and line offices
- Draft decision letters regarding the review
- Possibly perform a second check of colleagues' accounting review
About you
You are systematic, thorough and detail-oriented and thrive on working according to fixed procedures. You have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly and professionally.
In addition, we would like you to
- Have experience with accounting and audit material concerning project subsidies – preferably from public administration or subsidy management
- Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have good IT skills and can quickly learn new systems
Practical
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: 31 December 2026
Workplace: The work takes place initially at Tidemandsvej 1, 4300 Holbæk. After training and onboarding, the work can, by arrangement, be performed from another location, e.g., Kalvebod Brygge in Copenhagen. Working from home may also be a possibility after agreement with the nearest manager.
Working hours: 37 hours per week within normal office hours
Salary: The salary will be disclosed in connection with the initial interview
Employment: You will be employed through Moment and are covered by HK's collective agreement
