• Preparation and plating of breakfast and lunch
• Preparation of dinner
• Contribute to planning and production of the day’s meals
• Ensure high quality, good hygiene and compliance with applicable food safety regulations
• Contribute to order and cleaning in the kitchen

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• You are a trained cook or have equivalent experience from a canteen, large kitchen or similar
• You have experience with production of food for many people
• You have knowledge of self-control and applicable hygiene rules
• You work in a structured way and can maintain an overview in a busy daily life
