At Royal Oak our guests come for lunch and dinner, after a round of golf or to socialise. The restaurant works with classic dishes with a modern twist and a focus on good ingredients and seasonal flavours.

As a cook you become an important part of the kitchen and the overall guest experience. You will have an active role in daily production and service and work closely with your colleagues in both the kitchen and the restaurant.

Your everyday life with us

At Royal Oak the workdays are varied. You can work with the daily restaurant service one day and a larger event or function the next. It requires professionalism and an overview, but also provides a varied daily life.

Your main tasks will be to

• prepare and plate food for the restaurant and for events
• contribute to good and efficient service
• ensure quality and consistency in what we send out
• work closely with the kitchen and the restaurant's other teams
• contribute ideas for dishes, workflows and development in the kitchen

Who are you?

We are looking first and foremost for a colleague who wants to use their professional skills and take responsibility for ensuring that the guests get a good dining experience.

Royal Oak is located in scenic surroundings near Jels and combines restaurant and events with, among other things, golf and other resort activities.
