Copenhagen Business Academy, Construction and Energy, is seeking an external lecturer for our Building Constructor program

About the job

You will come to teach and advise our building construction students in renovation, planning, financial management and occupational safety. We place emphasis on teaching programs that combine high professionalism and practice-oriented learning closely linked to the industry through collaboration with companies, networks and professional forums.

Your knowledge and background

We are seeking a building engineer or building constructor who

• Has both a primary occupation and experience from the consulting or construction industry, as a site manager or contractor, and can apply practice in teaching
• With solid professional expertise has insight into the execution phases of construction and a particular interest in renovation, planning, process and financial management
• Has broad understanding of the execution phases of construction, contract relations and interests for both new builds and renovations
• Has broad competencies within planning and execution of building and civil engineering tasks, quality assurance, construction economics, contract management as well as resource management and supervision
• Is proficient in the use of ICT and relevant digital planning tools

Employment as external lecturer

You will be employed with the title of external lecturer. Employment as an external lecturer on an hourly wage according to the applicable collective agreement. The employment can include up to 500 working hours per year. The specific teaching scope and the duration of employment are agreed upon at the time of hire.

Your daily workplace is primarily at our address in Hillerød.
