As a customer advisor you will be responsible for your own customer portfolio, which you nurture and develop through proactive and attentive advice. You will also actively work to attract new customers and build relationships in Viborg and the surrounding area.

Your main tasks

• To nurture and develop your own customer portfolio.
• To advise and brainstorm with customers based on their needs and overall finances.
• To be proactive towards both new and existing customers.
• To proactively seek out new customers and build strong relationships through active networking.
• To be an engaged teammate both in the department and in the local area.
• To contribute to shared results and good customer experiences.

Who are you as a colleague?

You have solid experience from a previous position as a customer advisor and are driven by being a valuable sparring partner and teammate for your customers. You work proactively and see opportunities to develop both existing and new customer relationships.

You are outgoing and relationship-building and enjoy being visible and active in your network. At the same time you contribute with good energy, humor and the desire to succeed together with the rest of the team.

You take responsibility for your own tasks and results, but you also know that the best performances are created in unity. Therefore you share your knowledge, seek sparring and actively contribute to the team.
