Moment Search & Selection is recruiting on behalf of Andelskassen an experienced customer advisor for the staff bank at the headquarters at Dusager 18, Aarhus N.

Here you will get an advisory role that differs from the traditional day-to-day in an advisory center. You will have a client portfolio consisting of Andelskassen's own employees and their families.

But you will have the opportunity to focus on good advice, develop existing customer relationships and work with professionally interesting financial issues.

At the same time you will become part of a strong professional environment where the credit department and other specialists are nearby, and where there are good opportunities for both sparring and professional development.

An unconventional advisory day-to-day with room for professionalism

As a customer advisor in the staff bank you will be responsible for advising your colleagues and their families about their overall financial situation.

You will have a defined client portfolio with sound finances, which does not mean that the advice is less challenging; on the contrary you will have the opportunity to put your toolbox to use.

You will have clients with complex finances including multiple properties, investments and other financial arrangements.

It gives you the opportunity to use your banking expertise and work with advice where there is room for preparation, in-depth work and good client dialogue.

Your primary tasks will include

• Advise your colleagues and their families on loans, credit, housing, pension, investments and the overall private economy.
• Handle complex client cases and ensure high quality in the advice.
• Work proactively with your client portfolio and identify relevant advisory and business opportunities.
• Contact colleagues and offer financial sparring and review of their finances.
• Review the finances of new employees and contribute to their onboarding as customers.
• Ensure correct maintenance of customer information.
• Visit Andelskassen's other locations and strengthen relations with your colleagues.

You still need to have a good commercial mindset and desire to create results. The difference is that the customer relationships already exist, and you get the opportunity to focus on advising and developing existing customer relationships rather than having to actively acquire new customers.

Who are you?

You come with a relevant financial or banking background and several years of experience in advising private customers.

You have a broad understanding of personal finance and are used to handling client cases that require high professionalism and qualified sparring.

You are strong in credit and have experience with, among other things, housing financing, loans, pension and investments.

Experience with complex private client portfolios or clients with large financial engagements would be an advantage.

But your professionalism cannot stand alone. You are also relationship-focused, trustworthy and good at meeting different people at eye level.

You understand that advising your colleagues requires something special. Therefore you are professional, discreet and empathetic and can handle confidential information with great ease.

At the same time you have a commercial drive. You do not necessarily wait for customers to contact you; you take the initiative, follow up and see opportunities to create value through good advice.

You work independently, take responsibility and thrive being part of a team where professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand.
