Your responsibilities will include

• Responding to and handling customer inquiries via email and phone
• Responsibility for daily operations in collaboration with the head of customer service
• Support to business customers, including leasing companies, municipalities and contractors
• Administration of orders, changes and invoicing
• Onboarding of new customers in the companys systems
• Contributing to optimization and development of internal processes
• Various ad hoc tasks
