Customer Support - Warehouse Dispatch

For our Danish Customer Support Team we are seeking an employee to ensure our continued expansion of Danish and Scandinavian activities. The tasks will include order processing, packing/preparation, dispatch and occasional secretary duties.

We offer a job in an international growing organization where you will have the opportunity to create and fulfill the framework yourself. You will join a team that together solves the tasks, and where the main rule is always to put the customer at the center. We work in Microsoft Office Pro and our own ERP/CRM software. It is necessary that you master Word and Excel and that you know a little about accounting in general. The rest we will teach you. We are looking for a loyal and responsible person who can ensure quality and precision. English is a "must". German would be a big advantage.

Sal-Tech Easy Packaging is a dynamic engineering, production and trading company started in 1995, built on a strong knowledge of packaging and automation. We solve tasks for a broad spectrum of Danish and international industry. We have our own production of our brands, as well as a number of webshop activities that reach far into the world. We represent a number of agencies, such as Transpak, Extend, ARC, YoungSun, Xutian, as well as a number of equipment and materials produced in other parts of the world.

In daily work you will work both independently and finalize tasks together with internal and external employees, as well as other partners, etc. We have offices in Spain, the Philippines, Hong Kong, the USA and plan to start in Australia, Mexico, Germany this year.
