We are seeking an experienced Data Architect who can take professional responsibility for complex data architecture projects and at the same time thrive in direct dialogue with customers. At itm8 you will become a central advisor who helps our customers translate business needs into modern and scalable data solutions based on, among other things, Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

You will play a central role in setting direction, creating structure and ensuring that architectural decisions are translated into solutions that create real value for our customers.

You will become part of our Data & Analytics, where we work with data, AI and modern cloud technologies for some of Denmark's exciting companies. You will work closely with customers, development teams and Microsoft – from the first dialogue and needs assessment to architecture, implementation and further development.

Your role

As a Data Architect you will be a technical driving force within data architecture. You work closely with customers and your colleagues to design and implement modern data platforms.

You will, among other things

• Advise customers on data architecture, data platforms and the possibilities with Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and drive the architecture of complex data- and data platform projects.
• Facilitate workshops and create a common direction between business and technology.
• Translate business challenges into concrete and scalable technical solutions.
• Present solution proposals and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure coherence between data architecture, integration, governance and security.
• Work closely with developers and other technical specialists to implement the solutions.
• Be involved in developing our professional direction within modern data architecture and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build strong relationships with customers and your colleagues.

We envisage that you

• Have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Have experience with data architecture and large data platform projects.
• Are strong in SQL, data modeling and modern data platform principles.
• Have experience with integration architecture, Data Governance and security.
• Have worked with CI/CD, DevOps and automated deployments.
• Thrive in customer dialogue, workshop facilitation and technical advisory.
• Can present complex technical topics in an easily understandable way to both technicians and the business.
• Want to take professional responsibility and help set the direction for our data area.
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
