Day nurse for a strong professional community

We are looking for a licensed nurse for a permanent day shift position. You will have a varied day with independent tasks in the citizens' homes and close collaboration with colleagues in nursing, home care and other professional groups.

Nursing with professionalism and collaboration

You will play a central role in creating coherence and quality in the citizens' care and treatment. The tasks vary from citizen to citizen, and you must be able to make independent professional decisions as well as reach out to your colleagues when a task calls for joint sparring.

Your tasks include, among others

• Nursing tasks in citizens' homes, including in complex care pathways
• Clinical decision-making and clinical leadership - Coordination and follow-up on care and treatment pathways
• Collaboration with home care, doctors, therapists and other health professionals
• Documentation and assessment of changes in citizens' health status
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and development of nursing

We are about 45 nurses under a common manager and based in a single home care house. The nursing service is organized into five smaller districts as well as a separate evening and night shift.

We place emphasis on high professionalism, helpfulness and open dialogue – even when we have different views on a task. When you start with us, you will receive a thorough introduction so you learn both the tasks and get to know your new colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has Danish authorisation as a nurse and preferably experience in the primary sector
• Thrives with both independent work and close collaboration
• Can take responsibility for clinical assessments and coordination
• Meets citizens and colleagues with openness and respect, and has the ability to quickly build trust and relationships.
• Documents securely and focuses on patient safety and rehabilitation
• Has a driving license

If you have experience with citizen-centered nursing, palliative care, or are a clinical supervisor, we would also like to hear about it.

Practical information

The position is full-time in day shift with weekend work every fifth weekend. We plan the duty roster in dialogue with you and are happy to hear your preferences.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. We obtain a criminal record check and references in connection with the hire.
