Do you want to be part of a very exciting task related to the implementation and establishment of the new Health and Care Places in Thyregod?

You will work in new and updated physical frameworks, and you will be an important player in building our new department.

We are seeking several authorized nurses who are passionate about complex citizen pathways, rehabilitation, and the interdisciplinary collaboration in the local health care sector.

The positions are initially on 37 hours/week; if you prefer a lower hour count, there is also an option for that. You will be included in a shift schedule with weekend shifts.

You can obtain a day shift position, where you also have an evening shift, or a fixed evening shift position.

Health and Care Places Thyregod The staff group consists of social- and health-care assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, housekeepers, service assistants, and medical coverage from hospital and general practice.

Our core task is to receive citizens with complex needs for specialized nursing, rehabilitation, and palliation of a character that cannot be solved in their own home, and a main task will be to bridge the gap between sectors.

Citizens must be rehabilitated through close interdisciplinary collaboration, so that the citizens' strengths in relation to resources and health competencies are leveraged, thereby regaining their independence and a higher quality of life.

There will be a close cross-sector collaboration with emergency nursing in Nær Sundhed, general practitioners, responsible treatment wards, training, and municipal help and nursing. The aim is that multi-ill citizens return safely to their own homes, and that readmissions are prevented.

About the position As a nurse at Health and Care Places in Nær Sundhed, the core task is to ensure that citizens with complex health needs receive a coherent, professionally qualified, and secure service in the post-treatment period or as an alternative to admission.

The core task is to strengthen functioning and well-being for the individual citizen.

About the department Health and Care Places in Thyregod are located at Gl. Sejrupvej 4, 7323 Give, and are part of ”Nær Sundhed” - a new department in Sygehus Lillebælt, which is under development.

Salary and employment terms Salary and employment terms for the position follow the Health Collective Agreement – collective agreement 32.17.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience, and qualifications.
