We need you at Paletten, which is a children's house where we go to work happily and meet the children with care and joy.

We have two pedagogues in every room and now have the opportunity to hire yet another pedagogue.

We are busy with many good tasks and we are seeking a new colleague who finds it just as exciting to work with small children as we do.

• Would you like to go on discoveries and be curious together with the children? Would you like to be on the floor and play with and beside the children? Could you dream of a daycare day where we can carry out what we have planned because we are simply reliable?
• If you are our new colleague, you have a high professional standard within pedagogy, care and development. You feel that your work constitutes an important societal function. And you would very much enjoy writing and be good at it.
• You have a good and secure understanding that care and the developing moments are fundamental to our work. You should preferably have experience with and ideas for good physical, creative and science/nature activities.

Your daily life will include various practical and pedagogical tasks in a professionally strong and experienced team of pedagogues and teaching assistants.

In short; the purpose of our work is more important than ever. The work is exciting and we receive good cross-disciplinary sparring when we face challenges that call for it.

The position is a permanent appointment, initially 37 hours per week and it is available now because we have been allocated additional funding. We are happy to wait for the right match and the number of hours can be agreed. The application deadline is October 20. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.

In Furesø Municipality, salary and terms of employment are based on the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn (New Pay) principles.
