Deputy for Brønshøj Counseling Center

As a deputy at Brønshøj Advisory Center you will have a unique opportunity to combine your passion for client advisory with the development of your managerial skills. You will become a central sparring partner for both colleagues and management and you will play an important role in the continued development of our advisory center.

Your tasks

You will be part of a consulting center with 16 dedicated colleagues, where collaboration, knowledge sharing and well-being are a natural part of daily life.

As a deputy you will have your own client portfolio and continue to provide high-quality advisory. At the same time you will support the professional development of colleagues, contribute to shaping the direction of the department, and serve as a trusted sparring partner for the Director of the Advisory Center.

Your areas of responsibility include, among others

• Build and develop strong customer relationships through holistic advisory based on Panorama.
• Support the advisers' professional development and strengthen the training culture through sparring, feedback, knowledge sharing and targeted follow-up
• Contribute to change management and support the implementation of new initiatives based on ADKAR
• Ensure continuity in daily leadership and act as a leader when the Director of the Advisory Center is not present

About you

You are an experienced and business-oriented private adviser with the necessary certifications and documented results. At the same time you are motivated by developing people and have ambitions to take on greater leadership responsibilities in the future.
