Deputy / Right-Hand to Department Manager - Pick & Pack

We are looking for an employee who knows the production environment and thrives on taking responsibility. You do not need to have direct personnel responsibility, but you should be a natural support and sparring partner for the department head and help ensure that everyday life runs smoothly.

You will become part of the production on equal footing with your colleagues, while keeping an eye on the whole and being able to help coordinate the daily tasks.

The position is primarily on day shift. However, work on the evening shift may occur approximately every 6 weeks to ensure insight into the entire production and its processes.

• Actively participate in pick and pack tasks
• Support the department head in daily operations
• Contribute to planning and coordination of work tasks
• Ensure structure, order and quality in the department
• Be a visible and helpful resource for colleagues
• Contribute to good cooperation across the production
• Step in as needed and help solve daily challenges
• Contribute to providing an overview and progress in the department

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• Experience from production is a requirement
• Experience with pick and pack is an advantage
• Experience coordinating work tasks or acting as a key employee is desirable
• Can work independently and take responsibility for own tasks
• Understands the importance of quality, efficiency and structure
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement
