Job description Here is the opportunity to land an exciting job with one of Denmark's leading software suppliers to engineering consultancies and concrete element manufacturers. We are seeking an engineer to ensure that Danish advisers are equipped with the latest knowledge and have the programs needed to solve their engineering projects. Here you will create good contact and service and thereby continue to build on the good relationship StruSoft already has with customers in Denmark. Your workplace will be with the StruSoft team in either Aarhus, Horsens or Kgs. Lyngby — you choose what suits best.

StruSoft develops and sells statics programs for both small and large tasks, as well as programs for a range of other professional areas within the construction industry. StruSoft is now seeking a new skilled structural engineer for the position of Customer Service Engineer.

About the position As an engineer at StruSoft, you will gain contact with and maintain the good relationship with customers in Denmark. Your focus will be to understand customers' needs and help them with onboarding of the programs, answer questions and at the same time have an eye for offering customers new add-on programs that fit their needs. The job will include:

• Having contact, following up and visiting StruSoft's customers in Denmark.
• Working in close collaboration with the StruSoft team consisting of Sales, Coach, Support and Marketing.
• Helping with advising and onboarding of programs, creating proposals and closing deals on software solutions.
• Being involved in devising local marketing initiatives, e.g., through digital media, in collaboration with the marketing department.

About the ideal candidate You must thrive in a consultative role where you will talk with customers and help and contribute with advice and guidance. You find motivation in advising and you also thrive in a role where you can be proactive and also think sales and commercially. It is also a big plus if you recognise yourself in the following:

• Are happy and friendly.
• Are a trained structural engineer with minimum 3 years of experience from the consultancy industry.
• Are skilled in statics.
• Get energy from helping others make their work smarter.
• Know and are used to using FEM-Design and possibly Dimension and are comfortable with IT in general.
• Speak and understand Danish and can operate in English.
• Have a driver's license and own car.
