  • Has experience with quality, development and improvement work in the health sector

  • Has experience with teaching and guidance of staff
  • Can facilitate processes and support changes in practice
  • Has in-depth knowledge of improvement methods or an interest in working systematically with improvements

  • Are persistent and have the ability to carry projects and implementations through to completion
  • Would like to contribute to development, quality and good patient pathways
