DevOps Engineer with solid infrastructure experience

Do you want to help strengthen our DevOps culture and ensure stable operations and high quality in our solutions? We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can combine solid technical skills with good collaboration abilities and a strong communication capability.

You will have a strong influence on how we develop our platforms such as Link and supporting portals, as well as the opportunity to work with modern technologies, collaborate across teams, and contribute to driving innovation.

About the job

As a DevOps Engineer you will be the link between Operations and the product team. You will be part of a strong Operations team of seven experienced colleagues and attached to a product squad, where you can contribute to strengthening our DevOps culture and ensure continuous improvement.

You will be a key player in creating robust and scalable solutions, while ensuring that operations run smoothly. One of Bizbrains' solutions is the iPaaS product Link, which is a multi-tenant integration platform primarily targeted at the B2B market. It is primarily the surrounding infrastructure you will have a large responsibility to innovate and operate.

Your tasks

Develop and maintain effective CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes (ArgoCD) to ensure stable and rapid deployment.

Administrate and optimize Kubernetes/AKS environments for maximum performance and scalability.

Ensure monitoring and performance through observability platforms like New Relic.

Automate and implement Infrastructure as Code to reduce manual operations.

Collaborate across networks, VMs, SQL, Azure and other operations areas.

Implement and develop AI agents to support the development and robustness of the platforms.

Share knowledge and document solutions in both Danish and English.

To ensure the highest possible quality in the deployed solutions you will be part of an on-call rota so that the platforms run stably 24/7. On-call compensation is paid separately.

Your profile

• A solid DevOps mindset and preferably background as a system administrator or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Is friendly, social and experienced, and thrives on sharing knowledge and collaborating across the organization and teams.
• Proficient in Danish and English – both written and spoken – and a strong communicator.

Your toolbox (preferably several of these)

• Experience in SRE principles and operation of business-critical solutions.
• Good at troubleshooting and digging into problems.
• GitOps (ArgoCD), Kubernetes/AKS and Helm.
• In-depth experience with YAML.
• New Relic or similar observability solutions.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure (basic) and networking (basic) understanding.
• Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
