Dispatcher for wood chip and tipper transport

Can you keep an overview when the customer calls and the drivers are waiting? You will be responsible for our wood chip transport and tip trucks – in a strong team of dispatchers covering for each other. Start as soon as possible.

Dine opgaver

• Efficient management of transport tasks with the customer at the center, so that efficiency and good service are experienced
• Ongoing dialogue and coordination with customers, partners, machine operators and our dedicated drivers
• Operational optimization in collaboration with the other dispatchers regarding equipment, drivers and relief
• Registration of receipts and control of daily sheets for invoicing and payroll
• Follow-up on the finances – from price and agreement to invoice
• Ensuring structure and efficiency in a busy day

Vi forventer, at du

• Have experience from the transport or construction industry. Knowledge of wood chip, tipping or construction transport is an advantage, but not a requirement, as we provide training
• Have overview and keep a cool head when there is pressure
• Are structured and have a sense of order
• Have good IT understanding and are used to working digitally
• Are willing to give an extra push in peak load
