DK International Cosmetics seeks an engaged and responsible product specialist for our production in Støvring.

About the job

As a part of our team you will be a key person in the development, production and quality assurance of our personal care products. The position combines practical production work, laboratory tasks and close collaboration with the quality and manufacturing departments.

You will among other things work with the production and mixing of recipes for shampoo, body wash, hand soap, creams and other personal care products. In addition you will be responsible for sampling and analyzing tests, performing microbiological tests and ensuring that our products meet applicable quality requirements.

An important part of the job is also to produce customer samples and small test productions as well as contribute to the development and optimization of new and existing products.

Your primary tasks

Mixing and production of products according to recipes

Carrying out microbiological tests and other quality controls

Production of samples and customer samples

Documentation of analyses and production data

Quality control of raw materials and finished products

Participation in product development and optimization of existing products

Collaboration with sales, production and compliance on customer projects

Ensuring good order, hygiene and quality in laboratory and production areas

In addition, we value that you

Have experience from the cosmetic, laboratory, pharmaceutical or food industry

Work in a structured way and have a focus on quality and hygiene

Thrive with both practical production and laboratory work

Are responsible, flexible and independent

Have experience with GMP, quality management or laboratory work (an advantage, but not a requirement)

We imagine you have one of the following backgrounds

Laborant

Dairy technician

Process technician

Product technologist

Food technician

Operator or production technician with experience from the cosmetic, food or pharmaceutical industry

Chemical technician or similar technical education
