home Vallensbæk-Ishøj is market-leading in the local area, and we work every day with a clear focus on maintaining that position. The business is part of Mørch & Partnere A/S, which runs home businesses in Vallensbæk-Ishøj, Greve-Karlslunde, Køge and Glostrup.

We are more than 30 dedicated colleagues across our businesses, and together we sell about 500 homes per year. That gives you as a trainee a unique opportunity to join a company with high activity, lots of experience and good opportunities for both professional and personal development.

We are primarily looking for the right personality.

You don’t need to know everything about the real estate industry from day one. We’ll teach you.

On the other hand we expect that you have energy, drive and a desire to create results.

We imagine that you

• Are passionate about sales, people and good customer experiences
• Have a natural sales instinct and are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Are outgoing, positive and good at building relationships
• Work in a structured way and can keep calm when it’s busy
• Have an interest in social media and modern marketing
• Preferably have knowledge of Vallensbæk, Ishøj or the local area
• Are competitive and motivated by achieving your goals
• Are ready to go the extra mile when required

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a sales trainee you will be an active part of our sales team.

You will among other things work with customer contact, buyer follow-up, showings, sales, marketing, social media, open houses and all the other tasks that come with taking properties from "for sale" to "sold".

The goal is clear

We will train you to become a skilled and complete real estate agent.

You will get responsibility as you are ready for it – and if you show that you can and want to, there are plenty of opportunities to develop with us.
