We are looking for a positive, hardworking and sales-oriented real estate agent who wants to become part of a business with ambitions, high pace and focus on both customers, results and good collegiality.

But let's start with the most important

👉 Documented experience with appraisals is a non-negotiable requirement.

You must be used to going home to homeowners, building trust around the kitchen table, assess the property realistically and – not least – be able to translate the appraisal into a signed listing agreement.

For us, practical experience with appraisals weighs more than your educational background . The crucial thing is that you know the craft, understand the market and have tried your hand at the appraisal part in practice.

A person who knows what it takes when the phone rings with a potential appraisal – and who can both appraise the property, advise the seller and win the customer's trust.

📍 Local knowledge is a clear advantage – but the right personality and strong appraisal experience weigh the most.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU APPLY

If you do not have experience with appraisals, you will not be considered for the position.

We'd rather be clear from the start: This position requires that you already have practical experience with appraisal and sale of real estate.

To be honest, we are very interested in hearing from you if you can tick ✔️ off that box – even if your CV may look a bit different from the traditional real estate agent's.
