Do you have a warm heart for the youngest children – and a desire to make a big difference in the lives of small people?

Then we are looking for an educator who is passionate about working with the very youngest children, and who knows how much presence, calm and security means in a small child’s life.

We have a 1-year temporary position with a good possibility of extension. It is an educator role with the youngest children in the Pentecostal Church’s nursery. The position starts from 1/1-2027 at 32 hours.

For us, nursery life is not just about taking care of children. It is about creating a daily life where each individual child is met with presence, care, and attention to exactly their needs. A daily life where children dare to explore the world because they have a secure adult by their side.

We are looking for you who

• Are present and caring, and have the ability to create security not least for the new children who need to settle into the nursery.
• Want to work with the very smallest and rejoice in their small and large developmental steps.
• Meet the children with calm, patience, and a nervous system that can help create calm and regulation for the little ones.
• See the value in close relationships, and know that a calm embrace, a warm smile, and a secure adult can make all the difference. Want to be an active part of our daily routine and contribute with ideas, initiatives, and engagement.

We are a Christian kindergarten and nursery, where the Christian faith is a natural part of the children’s everyday life. Through stories, songs, traditions and presence, we want to give the children small glimpses of God’s love and convey the Christian message about Jesus even to the very youngest. We are seeking an educator who can see themselves in our Christian value base, and who wants to help carry on our Christian traditions and values in daily pedagogical work
