Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for, as our new care home nurse for Solgården and Østerbo Syd .

We are seeking a nurse who wants to be close to the residents, use their professional skills and help create security, quality and a good everyday life. The position is 30 hours per week with the possibility of full-time by agreement and wanted filled by 1 December 2026 or by agreement .

The working hours are distributed on weekdays of the week.

Two homes – same focus on presence and professional competence

Solgården is a nursing home with 43 residents distributed across 5 housing units with 8-9 residents each. We will expand on January 1, 2027 with another department with 4 temporary accommodation places.

Østerbo Syd in Nr. Nissum is the municipality's smallest nursing home with 9 residents.

At both nursing homes we work with living and living environments, where closeness, safety, socializing and influence are an important part of everyday life. The small housing units provide a very special opportunity to get close to residents, their relatives and create a safe and homely everyday life.

You will become part of a close multidisciplinary collaboration with our current care home nurse, social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, as well as pupils and students.

Your professional expertise makes a difference

As a care home nurse you will have a varied daily life with the opportunity to use and develop your professional skills.

Your tasks will include

• professional sparring and guidance of colleagues
• doctor contacts and coordination of residents' paths
• record-keeping and documentation – familiarity with Nexus is an advantage
• terminal and palliative care
• medication administration
• collaboration with residents and relatives

We aim to receive nursing students in due course, and therefore there will be an opportunity to act as a clinical supervisor if you would like this task.

Salary

Salary and employment terms are governed by the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. The starting salary for a full-time employee is 30,918 DKK + pension. In addition, a qualification-based salary will be negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
